Well we finally made it!13 viewsManitou tucked away in Croker. the view from the top, as we decided to climb and explore the island. First when going ashore to secure the boat, the rock rolled and my right shoe got wet. Then when I went exploring, I wanted to touch the other side of the island's water. I slipped and before I knew it my left foot, then my knees, and then a big drop of. It was like a water slide down, no stopping I thought. Of course I had just put my camera in my pants pocket for safe keeping... not the camera. So as I was

I got wet twice on Croker11 viewsup to my thighs in water, I managed to hang onto the slopping rock and then pull myself up. The one time I did not put the camera in the waterproof case. Fortunate for the camera it was still dry, but I was very wet. Yes, I had on those thick denim pants, they type you are not supposed to wear sailing... Because I was all wet, I fell on the rocks a few more times going back to the boat. A great way to start an adventure... cold, tired, wet, and bruised up! Well maybe it was my ego that was more bruised!
Food Fit for a Rabbit18 viewsThe air has gotten to the crew already... they are both eating rabbit food. What a time to pick to go on a diet! So they will have nothing but greens and grapefruit and blueberries for the next week? Lucky for me, I get to eat all the cookies and bread that Kathy C. made for the trip!
